Reply with quote | #1 | I have twice lost the little metal plug for the plastic drain tube. Both times I eventually found it. What if I didn't find it, though? Is it possible to replace little parts like that? __________________ - SA |

Reply with quote | #2 | Ultimately, the little metal tip to the hose is not an essential part of the juicer. You can use the hose without the metal tip. The only time it would be inconvenient would be if you want to tip the juicer a bit to get every last drop of juice and the hose needs to be open while you do it. You would have to back the clamp up to the spout on the juice kettle and clamp it there. Then you will have to be sure that you won't over fill your jar before all the juice is out.
Now, you can order the little metal tip by calling me at 800-450-6081. I have a limited supply of these at the warehouse.
Take Care Daniel

Reply with quote | #3 | Thanks, Daniel. I have found that if I don't use the metal tip, even with the clamp on, the hose leaks juice. I'll call you to order a spare tip, and also a spare hose in case of emergency during grape harvest. __________________ - SA |
